Whilst we welcome applications throughout the school year, please note that places are offered subject to availability. In the event our classes are full, applicants shall be placed on our waitlist.

Admissions of K1, K2 and K3
Online applications for K1, K2, and K3 for the 2025– 2026 school year are now open. Please note the following details ahead of submission:
Age Requirements:
Applicants for K1 must have turned 2 years 8 months of age by 31 August of the year of entry.
Applicants for K2 must have turned 3 years 8 months of age by 31 August of the year of entry.
Applicants for K3 must have turned 4 years 8 months of age by 31 August of the year of entry.

A recent passport-sized photo of your child
A copy of your child’s birth certificate/ Hong Kong Identity Card/ Valid Hong Kong Visa for your child
A copy of your child’s immunisation records
Payment record of our non-refundable application fee of HK$40 (please see application procedure below)
Any other additional supporting documents necessary

Step 2: Interview and Application Result Release Dates
Upon submission of your application, you and your child shall be invited to attend an interview which includes a play session and the opportunity to meet some members of our EIS teaching team.
First Round Application Cut-off Date: Friday, 27 September 2024
Interview Date: Saturday, 5 October 2024
Result Release Date (via email): Saturday, 19 October 2024
For any applications submitted AFTER Friday, 27 September 2024, your family will be invited to join our next round of interviews.
Interview Date: Saturday, 15 February 2025
Result Release Date (via email): Saturday, 1 March 2025
School Fee:
K1-K3 Half Day (9:00 am to 12:00 pm) | HK$7,000 per month x 10 months
K1-K3 Whole Day (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) | HK$10,500 per month x 10 months
School Bus Service:
School bus services are available, depending upon location. Here is the 2024-25 school bus route for your reference: Route for reference
Whilst we try our best to accommodate as many requests as possible, please note that we may not be able to include every location requested. In the event we are not able to provide our bus service at your address, you will be informed of the nearest pick up/drop off point to your location.
Uniform:
Boys: EIS t-shirt and trousers
Girls: EIS t-shirt and trousers/skort
Uniforms can be purchased at our school office.
